Welcome to the Rawaieh Al Zuhor Cleaning and Detergent TR platform. The Rawaieh Al Zuhor Cleaning and Detergent TR platform (hereinafter referred to as "app platform") is managed by Zone Scent General Trading Company. the app platform highly respects and protects the privacy of every user.
[special note] before you click to agree to this agreement in the application registration process, you must carefully read this Agreement and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses of exemption or limitation of liability marked with bold underline and other important clauses, which you should focus on.
In the process of reading this agreement, if you disagree with this agreement or any of its terms, you shall immediately stop the registration process. If you have any questions about the agreement, you can consult the app platform service.
1、 Confirmation and acceptance of service content
1. When you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement and complete all the registration procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and reached an agreement with the platform operator of this app (hereinafter referred to as "platform operator" or "we"). This agreement is established and takes legal effect between you and the platform operator, and you become an official user of this app platform at the same time.
2. According to the changes of national laws and regulations and the needs of the operation of this app platform, the platform operator has the right to modify the terms and relevant rules of this agreement from time to time. The modified content will take effect once it is published and replace the previous relevant content. Please pay attention to the changes of the announcement, prompt information, agreement, rules and other relevant content of this app platform from time to time. If you do not agree with the updated content, you should immediately stop using this app; If you continue to use this app, you will be deemed to know the changes and agree to accept them.
2、 Service needs to know
1. This app platform uses the Internet to provide users with relevant purchase and after-sales services. To use this app platform, you must: equip yourself with the necessary equipment for surfing the Internet; Bear the expenses related to this service paid by individuals on the Internet; Select the software version that matches the installed terminal device, including but not limited to IOS, Android, iPad and other application versions.
2. Based on the importance of the network services provided by this app, you should ensure that the registration information provided is true, accurate, complete, legal and effective, and kept updated in real time. In case of any violation, you should bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and the platform operator reserves the right to terminate your use of the services of this app.
3. Before you start the registration procedure to use the service of this app platform, you should have the civil capacity suitable for your behavior as stipulated by the laws of the people's Republic of China. If you do not have the above-mentioned civil capacity suitable for your behavior (if you are a minor), we require you to ask your parents or guardians to carefully read the terms of this Agreement and use our services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or guardians.
4. This app platform only allows each user to use one platform account. If there is evidence or the app platform judges that you have the situation of improper registration or improper use of multiple accounts on the platform according to the rules of the app platform, the app platform can take measures such as freezing or closing accounts, cancelling orders, refusing to provide services, etc. if losses are caused to the app platform and related parties, you should also be liable for compensation.
5. As the operator of this app platform, in order to make you better use the services of this app platform and ensure the security of your account, this app platform can require you to complete real name authentication in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations and the requirements of this app platform.
6. You have the right to use the nickname, email address, mobile phone number (hereinafter referred to as "account name") of this app platform you set or confirmed and the password you set (account name and password collectively referred to as "account") to log in to this app platform. Please be sure to protect your account information. Any behavior of logging in and operating on this app platform with your account will be regarded as your own behavior or your authorized behavior, and the resulting responsibilities and consequences will be borne by you.
7. Because your account is associated with your personal information and the business information of this app platform, your account of this app platform is only for your own use. Without the consent of this platform, your direct or indirect authorization to a third party to use your account on this platform or obtain the information under your account is invalid. If it is judged that the use of your app account may endanger your account security and / or platform information security according to the default determination procedures and standards agreed in the app platform rules, the platform may refuse to provide corresponding services or terminate this agreement.
8. Because the user account is associated with the user's credit information, you can transfer the account only if there are legal provisions, judicial decisions, and in line with the user account transfer process specified in the rules of this app platform. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will be transferred together. In addition, your account shall not be transferred in any way, otherwise the app platform has the right to investigate your liability for breach of contract, and all responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
3、 Information release
1. For the text, pictures, videos, audio and other non personal information other than personal information that you provide, publish and form in the use of the app platform services, you grant the app platform free of charge within the protection period specified by law (1
）Exclusive licensing rights;
(2) The right to sublicense to other third parties;
(3) The right to obtain evidence and file a lawsuit against the infringement of a third party in its own name. You agree to store, use, copy, revise, edit, publish, display, translate, distribute your non personal information or make derivative works on this app platform, and incorporate the above information into other works in the form, media or technology known or developed in the future.
2. You should ensure that the information you publish does not contain the following: (1) violate the prohibitive provisions of national laws and regulations; (2) Political propaganda, feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetting crime; (3) Fraudulent, false, inaccurate or misleading;
(4) Infringing on others' intellectual property rights or involving third-party trade secrets and other proprietary rights;
(5) Insulting, slandering, intimidating, involving the privacy of others, and other violations of the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(6) There are viruses, Trojans, crawlers and other malware and program codes that may damage, tamper with, delete, affect the normal operation of any system of the app platform, or obtain the data and personal data of the app platform and other users without authorization;
(7) Other activities that violate social public interests or public morality or are not suitable for publishing on this app platform according to the relevant agreements and rules of this app platform.
4、 Privacy clause
1. Collection of personal information: during your registration and normal use of this app platform, the platform operator may collect some or all of your following information:
(1) Registration information: including the user name set at the time of registration, user nickname, and the real name and ID card number provided in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations;
(2) Payment information: including payer, payment method, payment amount, bank account number and other information. Browsing information: including your browsing records, search records and other information;
(3) Device information: including the information on your browser and mobile device, such as IP address, browser type, language, access time, software and hardware characteristics and other data; When you download or use our client software, we will read your location and mobile device related information, such as device model, device identification code, operating system, resolution, telecom operators and other data.
(4) Our product integrates Youmeng +sdk. Youmeng +sdk needs to collect your device MAC address, unique device identification code (imei/android id/idfa/openudid/guid, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and calibrate the accuracy of report data through geographical location to provide basic anti cheating ability.
2. Use of personal information:
(1) We may display your above personal information in the service of this app platform, as well as the operations you perform on this app platform, such as displaying your personal data or transaction orders centrally through this app platform account. We will respect your choice of the service and account settings of this app platform.
(2) We may use or integrate your user information, transaction information, equipment information, information about network logs that you have authorized or shared in accordance with applicable laws, comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks of this app platform, verify your identity, detect and prevent security events, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and disposal measures according to law.
3. Personal information protection:
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except for the following: (1) obtain your explicit consent or based on your active choice; (2) According to the provisions of laws and regulations, the needs of litigation dispute resolution, or the requirements of administrative and judicial organs according to law; (3) You violate laws and regulations or seriously violate the relevant agreements and rules of this app platform, or to protect the personal and property safety of users or the public of this app platform from infringement; (4) When the platform operator has a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, or other situations involving merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, it may involve the transfer of personal information; (5) When you purchase goods or services through this app platform, we will share the necessary information related to the transaction in your order information to the providers of relevant goods or services according to your choice, so as to realize your transaction and after-sales service needs.
5、 Default and handling of users
If you violate relevant laws and regulations or the agreement when using the app platform services, it will be deemed as your breach of contract, and we have the right to take one or more of the following measures:
1. If the information you publish on this app platform constitutes a breach of contract, this app can immediately delete and block the corresponding information according to the corresponding rules.
2. If there are specific circumstances such as fraud, selling fake goods, stealing others' accounts when you breach the contract, or you have risks endangering others' transaction security or account security, this app platform will take compulsory measures such as canceling collection and stopping payment of funds on your account according to the risk degree of your behavior.
3. If your behavior causes losses to the app platform (including your own direct economic losses, goodwill losses and external compensation, settlement funds, attorney fees, legal fees, etc.), you should compensate the platform operator for all the above losses.
4. If your behavior causes the operator of this app platform to suffer the rights claimed by a third party, the operator of this app platform can recover all the losses from you after assuming the obligations of monetary payment to the third party.
5. Terminate the agreement with you immediately.
6. The information on the handling measures for your above breach of contract and other illegal information confirmed by the effective legal documents of the national administrative or judicial organs will be publicized on this app platform.
6、 Anti bribery clause
If you provide benefits in kind, cash, cash equivalents, labor services, tourism, etc. to employees or consultants of platform operators and / or their affiliated companies, which are obviously beyond the scope of normal business negotiations, you are deemed to have committed commercial bribery. In case of the above situation, the app platform can immediately terminate all cooperation with you and collect liquidated damages and / or compensation from you. These amounts are based on the economic losses and goodwill losses suffered by the app platform due to your bribery.
7、 Notice clause
1. Effective contact information
When you register as a user of this app platform, you should provide us with true and effective contact information (including your email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.). If your contact information changes, you are obliged to update relevant information in time and maintain a contactable state.
8、 Termination of agreement
1. Circumstances of termination
You have the right to terminate this agreement in any of the following ways:
(1) When the account cancellation conditions publicized in this app are met;
(2) You stop using and express your unwillingness to accept the change before the change takes effect;
(3) You express your unwillingness to continue using the service of this app platform and meet the termination conditions of this app platform.
In case of the following circumstances, we can notify you to terminate this Agreement immediately in the manner listed in Article 7 of this Agreement:
(1) You violate the agreement, and we terminate the agreement according to the terms of breach;
(2) You embezzle others' accounts, publish illegal information, defraud others' properties, sell fake goods, disrupt the market order, and take improper means for profit. We have sealed your account in accordance with the rules of this app platform;
(3) Because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of this agreement or app platform rules and the circumstances are serious;
(4) Your account is recycled by us according to this agreement or platform rules;
(5) Other circumstances under which the service should be terminated.
2. Treatment after termination of the agreement
After the termination of this agreement, unless expressly provided by law, the platform operating company and / or associated companies have no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or the third party designated by you.
After the termination of this agreement, this app platform still enjoys the following rights:
(1) Continue to save all kinds of information listed in Article 4 of this agreement that you have retained on this app platform;
(2) For your past breach of contract, the platform operator and / or associated companies can still investigate your breach of contract according to this agreement.
After the termination of this agreement, for the transaction orders generated by you during the duration of this agreement, we will notify the counterparty and decide whether to close these transaction orders according to the wishes of the counterparty; If the counterparty requests to continue to perform, you shall continue to perform the agreement and the transaction order with respect to such transaction order, and bear any losses or increased expenses arising therefrom.
9、 Application of law, jurisdiction and others
1. The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, implementation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the people's Republic of China; If there are no relevant provisions in the law, refer to business practices and / or industry practices.
2. Disputes arising from your use of the app platform services and related to the platform services shall be settled by the platform operation company through negotiation with you. If the negotiation fails, either party can bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the platform operator is located.
